【主要科研方向】

Dr. Rao’s group focuses on the exploration of new synthetic methodologies on transition metal induced (or catalyzed) carbon-carbon/heteroatom bonds formation or activation. Generally speaking, as illustrated in the figure above, we are wandering in the realms of C-H bonds transformations via organometallic catalysis, unique oxidative couplings, and activations of C-C/C-X bonds. Till now, Dr. Rao has already published 15 SCI papers, including Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., J. Am. Chem. Soc. These papers have already been cited for more than 570 times (till March, 2013), and the highest citation number for single paper is 194 times (till March, 2013). Besides, Dr. Rao was invited as reviewer by “Green Chemistry”.
